The Foundry.
My friends had dinner here and I met up to hang out (my broke ass ate at home but got a drink anyways). Featured on top is the Grilled Cheese with tallegio, raisin bread and apricot-caper puree. The homie’s cousin had the Roasted Hanger Steak with creamed spinach, crispy potatoes and brown butter bearnaise.
In my opinion both of their plates smelled terrible, but they insist that they were delicious, and I can only take their word for it. But if their food was half as good as my Back in Thyme (london dry gin, raspberry thyme syrup, lemon, & peychaud’s), then I’m sure their food was INSANE.
